Experienced Service Desk/Helpdesk Engineer

We are looking Schaerbeek for an experienced Service Desk/ Helpdesk Engineer long term based in Schaerbeek, Belgium

Start: ASAP

Duration: 31.12.2019 +

Language skills: Dutch, French and English


– General technical knowledge HW/SW, networks

– Practical experience at the service desk

– Min of 2 years experience as a service desk/help desk engineer


Follow up service requests, incidents and complaints received via email, web or phone to the service desk

Ensure quick response and qualitative processing of requests

Point and map repetitive incidents and formulate proposals

Knowledge of methods and techniques of IT service management (ITIL)

You are prepared in consultation with your colleagues to ensure the service from 7h00 to 19h00 (Monday to Friday)

You have a strong affinity for ICT (Windows, Office applications, printers, scanners, network operation, operation servers, tablet and smartphones)
