Agile Scrum Master
€1 150,00
The Scrum Master plays a critical role in Agile teams by facilitating collaboration, removing impediments, and ensuring that Scrum principles are effectively applied. Unlike traditional project managers, Scrum Masters focus on coaching teams, enabling continuous improvement, and fostering a productive Agile environment.
This two-day Agile Scrum Master training provides participants with both the theoretical foundation and the practical skills required to become an effective Scrum Master. The course explains the Agile mindset, the Scrum framework, and the key responsibilities of the Scrum Master in guiding teams toward high performance.
Participants will learn how to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support the Product Owner, coach development teams, and ensure that Agile practices are successfully adopted within the organization. The course also addresses challenges that Scrum Masters face in real-world environments, including scaling Scrum and working across multiple teams.
The training can also help participants prepare for professional Scrum Master certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I).
